The Board of Directors is responsible for policy matters, overall strategic direction, supervision and control of the company. Specific responsibilities of the Board include laying down and approving the business objectives of the company, approving strategies and policies which need to be pursued in order to achieve these objectives. The Board members also review on-going projects to ensure that the funds are being properly managed.

These committees provide specialist guidance to the Board to help it carry out its duties and responsibilities:
